Sexual lubricants for women are made to reduce friction during sex, making sex more enjoyable. You may need to experiment to find the right vaginal lubricant for you, but you'll be pleasantly surprised once you've found your favorite.

Vaginal dryness treatment can include moisturizers, creams or suppositories applied to the vagina, supplementing or replacing natural vaginal moisturizers. To prevent dryness, regular treatment is recommended — moist tissues are strong tissues.

If you are experiencing pain, itching, burning, redness, or dryness of the vulva, or just plain sensitivity to touch, you may want to try an over-the-counter soothing product.

Vaginal dilators are tools of graduated widths used to develop or restore the vaginal opening. Women find dilators, used with sexual lubricants, can also keep their vaginal tissues elastic and comfortable.

Enhance comfort by caring for your vaginal and vulvar tissues.
Compensating for lower hormone levels means taking care of yourself.
