Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

Our goal is to pick and pack your orders in 1-2 business days. We ask for your e-mail address with your order. That allows us to send you an order confirmation and notify you if an item is out of stock. We do not use the e-mail for any other purpose, unless you have checked the box allowing us to do so. In any case, we do not pass your e-mail to anyone else.

We do not charge your credit card until your product ships.

All products are shipped in plain boxes. The return address on your package and your credit card statement will reference MsMD.

Standard shipping is USPS Priority mail. Charges will be visible to you in your shopping bag before you check out. The charges are based on the weight of your package and your zip code. If the products you select are light weight, a first class mail option will also appear.

Expedited shipment through USPS is also available for an additional charge. Again, the charges will be visible to you before you check out.

We ship to US addresses, including APO/FPO (Military), and Canada. We are adding locations as quickly as we can. Feel free to email us to ask if we can prioritize your location.

Returns

With the intimate nature of many of our products, you’ll understand why most are not returnable once they have been opened. Before you buy, if you have any questions or want to discuss your selections with our product experts, please contact us (via the contact form on “support” or calling our toll-free number: 888-398-6763). We want to help you choose the right product the first time.

Shipping damage: We check your products to make sure they’re in good shape before we ship, and we package them carefully. If damage has occurred during shipping, try to inform the carrier at the time of delivery. Then contact us for a return authorization.

Our errors: If we’ve made a mistake on your order, contact us, and we’ll correct the situation and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the original product.

Just don't like it: Unfortunately any product that has been opened or used is not returnable. If a product is simply not performing as you expected, we would appreciate your sharing your experience or concern with us. We'll use the feedback to determine whether we should continue to carry the product.

Defective: If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. All of our rechargeable or battery-powered products offer one-year manufacturers' warranties, and we will get you a free replacement product during that period.

If we have authorized a return, please pack the product in the original shipping box and include the original invoice. That will facilitate your exchange or credit.

A few items are returnable, based on the manufacturer's specific policy:

  • Liberator Pillows: These pillows are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Returns can be requested within 30 days from original purchase. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Once you have filled your shopping bag and click on “Proceed to Checkout,” we have an industry standard 128 Bit SSL encrypted checkout to protect private data.
